property / remodel team

The Property Team is in charge of making sure our building and grounds are kept in good working condition as also oversees planning and remodeling for the future.  Long-range planning is always being done.

It has been the goal that we have functional church over an ornate building. Through good planning and hard work we have a very nice functional church.

Money has been budgeted to upgrade the women's bathroom, including putting doors on the stalls, replacing the curtains.

Demolition of our septic system, drainage work, and hook up to the City Sewer System, after the City upgrades sewer pipes.

Construction of the Fellowship Hall and Meeting Room.

Exit Door replaced.

Coat Rack location moved.

New LED Lighting.

Expanded Office closet.

New Natural Gas Lines and Furnace in Gym.

LP Replacement.

Quilter Space upgraded.

Overflow Area completely remodeled including more seating, new chairs, professional sound panels and additional TV Monitors.

Sound Booth relocation including live streaming equipment upgrades.

Nursery remodeled including additional TV Monitor.

New carpet installed in Overflow and Sanctuary Area.

Electrical Wiring brought up to code.

Heating Duct System updated.

Pluming issues in Gym addressed.

THE COST OF THESE PROJECTS WAS COVERED BY A GIFT TO THE CHURCH.
LABOR WAS LARGLY COVERED BY VOLUNTEERS.
